Southwest Florida is seeing a Real Estate turnaround......at least it is in Estero! The amount of activity on showings for properties that are priced correctly is tremendous. I have seen these properties with usually multiple interested parties and usually at least a couple offers. Thank goodness for this as it was a rough last couple years. Here is to the turnaround!
