Other factors to consider is the ability to own your own parcel of land....most of these are quarter acre lots or .20 of an acre. Construction is also underway for a road connecting this area via an overpass of I75 to Gulf Coast University.....San Carlos being non-deeded means it will be the closest residential rental option for university students for years to come and with the projected numbers for growth that is saying something!
